Our Founder’s ExperienceOur founder’s sustainability journey began at Amazon, where, alongside her role in HR, she established and led a grassroots sustainability team focused on embedding sustainable practices in the workplace. This included introducing single-stream recycling initiatives, coordinating donation partnerships with local charities, and organising community-focused events.
Building on this success, she went on to join Amazon’s Worldwide Sustainability team, where she scaled the volunteer network from 20 local teams to over 2,000 groups across 18 countries.
These teams engaged employees across the entire Operations network - from fulfilment centres to last-mile delivery - creating a culture of sustainability that reached tens of thousands of employees globally.
